    Position Summary:

    The Cath Lab RN is responsible for assisting with Cardiac and Interventional Radiology procedures in the role of monitor, and circulator. With primary focus being moderate sedation. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Current WA State RN license. Two years of ICU/CCU experience required with focus on cardiac care. Experience in care of Acute MI patient desired. Two years of Cardiac Interventional cath lab experience preferred. AHA HCP (BLS for Healthcare Providers) and ACLS. CCRN certification would be a plus.

    Wage Scale: $ $74.17

    BONUS BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

    $10,000 sign-on bonus offered to New Graduates

    $15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience

    $25,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3+ years of experience

    (Pro-Rated for Part-Time Positions)
