Description
Mobilization Operations Exercise PlannerAssist with the development of contingency plans ( CONPLAN ) and operation plans ( OPLAN ) in support of Large-Scale Mobilization Operations ( LSMO ) .
Prepare, coordinate, authenticate, review, and publish written operation orders, and corresp ond ence.Augment staff in assessing and developing current CONPLANs, OPLANs, Installation Deployment Support Plans, Mobilization Support Plans, and LSMO Support Plans.
Participate in Operational Planning Teams ( OPT ) with planners from supporting and supported units as well as external organizations to develop LSMO plans.
Attend Joint Event Life Cycle ( JELC ) activities in support of Mobilization Exercises ( MOBEX ) and Command Post Exercises ( CPX ) .
Participate working groups, planning meetings, and in-progress reviews ( IPR ), including monthly LSMO OPTs, LSMO Update Briefs, and other synchronization meetings.
Develop and staff corresp ond ence, taskings, and OPORDs for training support. Prepare and update presentation material for senior leadership, middle management, or action officer level. Submit, receive, and distribute Requests for Information ( RFI ) to commands, agencies, or installation activities.12+ years of experience with training Army Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support units
Knowledge of military training, doctrine, planning, and tactics, te chn iques, and procedures
Secret clearance
Experience with working on brigade or higher headquarters staff
Experience with c ond ucting mobilization operations
Experience with using Micro sof t Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
