    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

    Assignment Details

    • Facility Type: Home Health
    • Schedule flexibility is needed in this role to ensure care is provided to patients as needed.
    • Requires the ability to participate in a weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays.
