- Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects from inception through closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day field activities, monitor progress, and perform site inspections to verify quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, general contractors, vendors, and consultants to develop project scopes, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Review and approve project plans, bid packages, and change orders, ensuring compliance with specifications and company policies.
- Lead safety programs and promote an injury-free environment through proactive management and team mentorship.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with data center fiber installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar tools.
