    Essential Functions
    Supports hotel(s) as assigned in a general Human Resources capacity, including upholding the company culture.

    Advises, counsels and updates managers, supervisors, and employees on company policies, procedures, benefits & wages, and other topics related to employment life.

    Provides coaching support with a focus on direct manager effectiveness and communication.
    Ensures employee participation in orientation to include insight into NPH policies/ procedures, Employee Handbook, systems and processes.
    Acts as first point of contact to employees and management in the use of Human Resources programs and processes
    Addresses employee requests, inquiries and concerns; delivers prompt and appropriate counsel and guidance to employees and management.
    Facilitates company response to unemployment claims. Coordinates all unemployment matters (hearings & filings); maintains accurate and thorough records of all employee terminations.

    Maintains and ensures personnel file and records are in compliance with local regulatory and corporate requirements, while remaining abreast of changing laws and employment related policies.

    Performs weekly new hire documentation edits.
    Performs various tasks related to full-cycle recruitment efforts.
    Assists with employee relations including performance management, complaints, and conflict resolution.
    Collects and reviews payroll data; edits and ensures accuracy.
    Processes manual checks as requested.
    Completes census and requests for information and data as required.
    Provides support for training and workplace safety adherence.
    Administers FMLA/ WC /ADA protected leave processes.

    Supports the company culture in the deployment of employee engagement programs, recognition programs, and initiatives to sustain a culture and employee engagement.

    Professional work environment, which requires frequent collaboration and interaction with multiple departments as well as with external vendors and guests.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree
    3-5 years related experience especially in HR Management
    PHR/SHRM-CP desired
    Hospitality experience desired

    • Frequent sitting with computer use requiring close vision, repetitive motion; occasional lifting, bending
