Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality therapy services to clients in assisted living facility settings or where they live. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly and/or disabled patients who require physical therapy to improve mobility, balance, and functionality. The Physical Therapist will assess patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, and Per Diem

Compensation:

  • $60 - $100
  • $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial & ongoing patient assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and pain management
  • Provide therapeutic treatments and procedures, including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and manual therapy
  • Counsel patients on their condition and rehabilitation goals
  • Advise patients on pain management and self-help therapies
  • Update patient health records with treatment plans, discharge instructions, and PTs on patient condition
  • Maintain professional licensure with state authorities
  • Collaborate with PT and health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

- Have at lease two years experience working with the geriatric population
