Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive solutions architecture designs that encompass security, access control lists (ACLs), and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and architect scalable and secure solutions that align with the organization's objectives and standards.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to security, platform capabilities, and enhancements.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's security and performance requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular assessments of existing systems and propose enhancements or improvements to optimize security and performance.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies for platform development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements for the platform roadmap.
Act as a subject matter expert on security and platform architecture, providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Solutions Lead, Platform Architect, or similar role, with a focus on security and platform design.
In-depth knowledge of access control lists (ACLs), security protocols, and platform capabilities.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their security features.
Experience designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions for enterprise-level applications.
Proficiency in evaluating and selecting technology solutions and vendors based on security and performance criteria.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and projects.
Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
