Job summary
We aren't looking for someone to just watch from the sidelines. As a Shift Leader, you're a hands-on manager who sets the pace for the entire kitchen. You'll focus on maintaining our high hospitality standards while coaching your team to hit their goals.

- Lead daily operations by focusing on guest satisfaction and ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
- Coach and train team members on proper food safety procedures and hospitality standards.
