- Track record of working with special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs and their families.
- Up-to-date credentials, certifications, or licensure relevant to the field of autism intervention (e.g., BCBA certification, RBT certification).
- Proven track record of implementing successful intervention strategies and achieving measurable outcomes with children on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet any other regulatory requirements for working with children.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the child's schedule and needs.
