Job summary
The Clinical Educator reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and develops services related to the orientation continuing education and assessment of clinical staff Collaborates with Clinical Leaders and staff to assess learning needs and competencies of staff Serves as a consultant/mentor for staff in areas of program development clinical practice and professional development Participates in the development coordination and delivery of new staff orientation and education activities Position validates verifies that appropriate education is occurring as per programs processes and requirements This position acts as backup for Employee Health for new employee screenings in absence of Infection Preventionist/EH RN Collaborates with Quality department Human Resources to support compliance with all Education/Training regulatory requirements for
