    General Laborer Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at Precision Gears Inc. This role involves learning the basics of manufacturing and gaining experience in a permanent area after completing our comprehensive training program.

    • Loading and unloading materials is an essential part of this job. You will need to work efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and correctly.
    • You will require strong mathematical skills for tasks such as counting, recording, and basic arithmetic operations.
    This role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to interact effectively with colleagues is crucial for success in this position. In addition physical demands include being able to lift up 50 pounds safely.
    Besides you must be open-minded ready-to-work overtime if needed
