    UES, Inc . is in immediate need of an experienced

    Talent Development Manager

    who will join our team in Dayton, OH.

    You will manage the talent development program in the delivery of company-wide development initiatives, performance and leadership development, engagement, and retention.


    Key Responsibilities include:
    Manage the onboarding and leadership training program for all new hires, emerging leaders, leaders.

    Work with new employees to ensure proper integration into the organization, division and their particular role, including development and assessment of performance objectives.

    Champion for development planning, execution, and overall program management for the organization's talent development. Building operational plans and creates marketing and communication plans to building awareness and drive demand.

    Manage in partnership with leaders, all aspects of talent development within each division including project planning, scope, content, time, cost/budget, metrics and communications.

    Coordinate the operational aspects of all programs to include class offerings, marketing, facilitation, etc.
    Works in partnership with business partners, leaders and cross-functional teams gaining their input on the work. Proactively consult to customize needs and provides solutions to meet objectives. Maintains a tight relationship with all to ensure content supports the business strategy.

    Identify KPI and relevant talent metrics for programs; regularly assesses and shares point of view on opportunities and recommendations for continuous improvement.


    Requirements:
    This position will work with some government related projects and requires U.S. Citizenship and will work on-site in Dayton, OH.
    Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development; Organizational Psychology or related field; post graduate degree is preferred.
    5 to 10 years' experience in talent development; organizational development, engagement, professional development programs.
    2 to 3 years leadership experience, preferred.
    Experience with a science, technology or with DoD contractor preferred.

    Excellent written, verbal and presentations communication skills including the ability to convey information to all levels of employees in an understandable manner; comfortable and competent in conducting presentations with various size audiences.

    Ability to build trusting relationships with all levels of the organization.
    Embraces complexity and navigates ambiguity, leveraging curiosity to gain clarity and paths forward.
    Ability to move smoothly between strategic discussions and tactical plans.
    Ability to assess talent and metrics to determine opportunities and solutions.
    Ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
    Demonstrated problem solving ability and learning agility.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS.
