    FT Fed Line Processor

    At First Security Bank, we're seeking a motivated and team-oriented professional to join our Electronic Banking Department as a Fed Line Processor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working collaboratively.

    We're looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, typing and internet utilization. You should be able to demonstrate Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.

    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank operations and wire transfer policies.
    • Serve as primary contact for Federal Reserve Bank regarding approved applications.
    • Monitor outgoing wires for potential fraud; identify alerts and escalate suspicious activity.

    You'll assist customers with wire inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer account information. Proficiency in internal bank systems is expected. Physical demands include mobility within the office setting and finger dexterity on computer keyboards.
    Able to work regularly scheduled hours between Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm) with occasional extended hours required.
