Job Description
Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively
resolving end user help requests. Identifying and escalating issues quickly to
responsibility owner
Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, remote for the outer office users, by
telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely fashion and provide end-user assistance
Knowledge of Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading all PC
hardware, software and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Assist with deploying new software and upgrade installations
Knowledge of Virus/Malware removal processes.
Basic technical support at the network level: LAN
Ability to properly install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals such as
printers, scanners, webcams and other various devices.
Provide quality technical support services and customer service on a
consistent basis
Create technical documentation for common issues you encounter.
Maintain asset inventory, assist with special projects and other duties and
tasks as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Microsoft Windows10 knowledge and administrator
experience.
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and experience.
Experience with Active Directory (account management)
Knowledge of Desktop Applications, i.e. Acrobat, VPN, Office 365, Virus
Software…etc
Basic understanding of LAN and Network Domains.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franksville, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $33.00/hr.
