Job Summary
We are seeking a career-minded, service-driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Specialist. This is an exciting entry-level position in our branch network where you will interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.This role involves providing exceptional service to members regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties. You will also perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance, retail sales or similar customer service/sales environment,
Advanced customer service skills,
Ability to work overtime including Saturdays,
Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
Excellent communication interpersonal organizational skills
,Adaptability to change ability meet deadlines
