    Description

    Duties:

    • Greet and checkin patients as they arrive at the office
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
    • Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
    • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
    • Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

    Experience:

    • Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
    • Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks and procedures
    • Knowledge of dental terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    Bilingual applicants a plus. Denticon experience a plus.
