Job summary
We are seeking an Operations Associate Manager for Lockbox as part of Global Operations.This role will supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training or education. They should also have leadership experience with knowledge and understanding of Lockbox Operations department workflow processes.
