Job summary
We're growing fast and looking for a Supply Manager who will play a critical role within the Operations team.This person is focused on maintaining the highest service levels while minimizing inventory levels and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Cover strategic supply planning and tactical purchasing activities to ensure optimal product availability execute stock/non-stock purchase orders monitor supplier schedules and delivery communicate delays to team Maintain Accurate Inventory & Supply/ analyze inventory trends project raw material component and resale demand from history customer forecast recommend purchasing/stocking strategies develop/maintain supplier relationships conduct supplier reviews manage supplier scorecards resolve supply issues maintain master supply chain data in ERP update/maintain PO details ensure data accuracy for raw material component resale SKUs supply chain ISO 9001 compliance communicate with functional teams contribute to support S&OP process identify process cost improvements in functional responsibilities participate in cross-functional projects Execute stock non-stock purchase orders from data analysis ERP recommendations internal requests ensuring timely accurate replenishments delivery products Conduct data analysis of inventory trends demand consumption Provide forecast recommendations purchasing stocking strategies Monitor supplier production schedules shipping timelines communicate delays significant changes cross-functional teams operations leadership Maintain accurate supply chain master data sourcing rules Acumatica assigned SKUs Update purchase order details based on supervisor inputs change notices Develop new suppliers maintain relationships existing suppliers collaborate suppliers resolve issues Assist supplier selection processes alignment business goals assist contract negotiations final authorization Conduct regular supplier performance reviews create manage supplier performance scorecards Execute RFQ process obtaining quotes different suppliers Understand bill material components customer demand assigned SKUs Support S&OP process contribute special projects assigned Excellent communication interpersonal skills Strong operations team cross functional collaborator Attention detail time sensitivity performing daily work Performs other relation duties managementQualifications
3-5 years' experience in a supply chain discipline Bachelor's degree business preferred combined education/experience industry related fields Supplier development management experience Knowledge supply demand management customer service inventory best practices MS Word Outlook Power Point proficiency Strong Excel skills combine analyze summarize large datasets actional tools Experience leader contributor S&OP cycle ERP implementation ability implement MRP Any hiring offers always contingent background check drug screen results.Job description
