The Composites Fellow works with all levels of P&W management to lead creation and execution of a strategic plan for development and application of composites within Pratt & Whitney's products.

Responsibilities
- The Composites Fellow applies his/her deep and broad technical understanding, competency and skill toward organizing teams and leading resolution of technical challenges of exceptional difficulty and importance to Pratt & Whitney.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years related experience with demonstrated leadership in technical problem resolution associated with composite manufacturing processes.
