    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Systems Administrator with networking knowledge to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking or IT, coupled with a passion for helping others succeed in their roles.


    Responsibilities:
    Configure and triage physical and virtual networks, switches, APs and firewalls
    Deploy solutions for the administration of Mac and Linux computers, including upgrades and maintenance
    Install, track, and maintain software and applications on company machines using JAMF
    Track assets, respond to device loss, and order new devices as needed
    Perform hardware and network maintenance and upgrades in the office
    Setup new accounts, laptops, and desktops for new hires, and handle off-boarding for departing employees
    Conduct security tutorials for team members
    Manage vendor relationships

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in IT Systems or related field
    2+ years of system administration experience preferred
    Strong experience with networking, including familiarity with networking protocols
    Familiarity with OSX and Linux command prompt and utilities
    Experience with Zoom administration, JAMF, SOC-2, and administrative work for JIRA preferred
    Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    Strong troubleshooting skills
    Preferred completion of JAMF 100 course
    $85,000 - $105,000 a year
