The job summary for the assistant tennis coach is to provide knowledge and motivation to students while competing in an atmosphere that adds to their total education.
Responsibilities
- Instruct athletes regarding the techniques rules and safety practices of the sport
- Develops and organizes practice program Schedule and conduct practices according to agreed-upon schedules
- Supervise athletes from the scheduled beginning of the practice or game until the last athlete is picked up knowing where all participants are at all times
- Promote throughout interscholastic program of school direct it in harmony with total school program
- Foster among participants spectators appreciation values athletics attitude good sportsmanship pride self team school community
