    Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

    Shift: Day Shift

    Status: Full-time

    Position Summary: Our top-rated client North of Raleigh is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist for their Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans as prescribed by licensed physicians. They will play a crucial role in restoring function and preventing disability following injury, disease, or physical impairment. Additionally, the Full-Time PT will ensure accurate documentation of patient information and adherence to departmental and insurance guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outpatient and inpatient evaluations and assessments.
    • Administer personalized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information.
    • Participate in departmental activities such as budgeting, clinical quality, education, and safety programs.

    Essential Functions:

    • Perform physical therapy duties in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
    • Implement patient care strategies to optimize safety and minimize risks.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in physical therapy modalities.
    • Provide respectful care to patients of all age groups.
    • Assess and modify treatment plans to maximize recovery.
    • Collaborate with physicians to provide optimal care.
    • Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
    • Valid North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure.
    • American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
