    When working with August Ash, we guarantee honest answers to tough questionsJob DescriptionAs an Associate Digital Marketing Strategist, you will act as the foundation of the paid search team, conducting research, generating/analyzing reports and performing basic administrative tasks within the department.

    This role is essential to the daily management of the search account and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, dynamic environment.

    A growth mindset with an interest in supporting advanced projects is encouraged.

    In this entry-level position, you will receive intensive training and close mentorship in all aspects of paid search to assist with the management of specific clients while gaining knowledge of the anti-agency landscape.

    We are looking for an outstanding individual who is up to speed with our industrys latest tools and tactics and just as comfortable in the meeting room explaining their ideas for creating growth.

    This is a multi-disciplinary role.

    Meaning you will be involved in planning, analysis, strategy, improving conversion rates, leveraging paid search marketing, and understanding the roles of content creation and the social space.

    Responsibilities Help plan, develop, and execute digital marketing plans for clientsSet-up benchmarking to track, report, and analyze KPIs and initiativesHelp educate and coach clients on choices, decisions, and directionsManage a diverse growing roster of clientsImplement Pay Per Click media strategies for clientsPerform daily paid search responsibilities within Google Ads and Bing AdsProvide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templatesProvide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, ad groups, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network use in accordance with client goalsKeep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developmentsMonitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goalsMonitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search platformsCommunicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsWork closely with other team members to meet client goals.

    Advertising/digital agency internship or marketing role experience a major plusGoogle Ads/Bing Ads certification a plusGoogle Analytics certificationBS/BA degree preferredEducation in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications or similar work experienceMost importantly, you are eager to learn, be adaptable, and have a strong interest in the advertising/media industryThis position is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, and paid vacation.
