- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Supervise all external contractors at the direction of the Facilities Director.
- Control activities including waste disposal, Health Department policies and procedures, and swimming pool maintenance.
- Understand third-party service contracts and manage the R&M Budget.
- Keep building inspection documents and end of life dates for equipment.
- Ensure our business accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
- 5+ years of facilities management or related experience.
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
- Phenomenal efficiency skills.
- Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM).
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
- You may be required to lift up to 70 pounds.
- May be exposed to dust/dirt at the complex.
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures.

As an experienced Facilities Manager you will oversee all building-related activities.
