    Description
    This is a full-time, direct placement role at Kemco of Burlington, Inc. Troubleshoot and repair existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Perform maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems.

    Maintain and secure spare parts inventory, recommend purchasing of maintenance equipment and supplies as required to improve processes and efficienciesResponsibilities (include but not limited to):
    Operate Company vehicleService customers as directed by Dispatcher/SupervisionMaintain service vehicle inventoryProcess/close-out service orders/call slipsInteract and communicate with customers in a professional mannerProvide required hand tools for HVAC Service Technician PositionPeriodic weekend and holiday emergency on-call duty RequirementsRequired:Possess Valid Driver's LicenseAble to demonstrate Mechanical AptitudeKnowledgeable of electrical and refrigeration principlesProficient with service tools and testing devicesFull proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration)
