    Analytica is seeking a remote Program Manager

    to manage a data analytics project for a federal government client in the DC metro area.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, enterprise cloud or on-premise software and technology projects.

    Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
    Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization—project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives—to drive the delivery of technology projects

    Manage project delivery agile project ceremonies and activities as required, including creating Epic / User stories creation, product and sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, JIRA board management, sprint reviews and retrospectives

    Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success


    Support cross-functional collaboration: participate in integrated program and project teams to enhance communication, and share lessons learned and facilitate rapid identification of dependencies between various functional entities to ensure that the projects deliver the right solutions and value to the business and end-users.

    This collaboration may include providing recommendations to the government staff as the government attempts to stand up or execute an agile project.

    Provide user-centered, task-based training to users in support of system deployment.

    Develop and communicate project metrics. Metrics may include, but are not limited to, dashboards, Agile burn down charts, release roadmaps, and schedules.

    Be responsible for production support.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering or related field.

    Minimum of 6 years of IT Program Management experience focusing on development projects, current Project Management Professional (PMP)

    At least 2 years of specialized experience in managing IT projects working with Databricks and SAS

    Experience with Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Chronic Conditions Warehouse

    Experience managing scrum team(s)

    Ability to obtain and maintain secure a US Federal security clearance
