    A Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in a beautiful senior living community across assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive therapy services in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.
    • Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive environment.
    • Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be eligible to practice in the state employed.
    • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation experience.
    • Maintain attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
    • Work effectively in a team setting.
    • Be flexible with working hours.
