As a summer associate, you'll be paired with a supervisor and mentor who will connect you with lawyers both locally and nationally. You'll have the chance to select projects aligned with your practice area interests, participate in various assignments, and attend significant legal proceedings.

Access to special training programs
Engagement in social events and networking activities
Participation in a firmwide summer associate retreat

Additionally, summer associates can engage in McGuireWoods' Pro Bono Mentor Program, providing hands-on experience in pro bono cases.

Job Requirements:

Enrollment at an ABA accredited law school with an expected graduation date of 2026
Strong academic background, leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and work experience
