    Position Overview


    As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships with companies requiring CDL training for their employees.

    You will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and maximizing revenue potential.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand our customer base and enhance the company's market presence.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients seeking CDL training for their employees.
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve revenue growth objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
    • Represent Boston CDL Driving School at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services.
    • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure highquality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate sales.
    • Proven track record in business development, including lead generation and closing sales.
    • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
