- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients seeking CDL training for their employees.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Represent Boston CDL Driving School at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure highquality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate sales.
- Proven track record in business development, including lead generation and closing sales.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Competitive salary package: $70,000 annual base + commission
