    Job Description

    We're currently a People team ranging of international backgrounds and cultures, as we operate worldwide. We are looking for a People Relations Associate to work on a hybrid schedule, with 2 days a week being in our Boca Raton office.

    What you'll be doing:


    As the People Relations Associate, you'll be the vital link between our US colleagues and the HR team. Reporting to the Senior People Relations Manager for the Americas, your responsibilities include:

    • Providing expert guidance to resolve employee relations queries, performance management issues, and workplace investigations
    • Managing a caseload of performance improvement plans and supporting managers from initial coaching through closure of plans
    • Supporting the Senior People Relations Manager in resolving employee relations matters efficiently.
    • Working independently to complete short and long term projects to support the wider HR Team
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws for compliance purposes
    • Delivering HR services and supporting special projects such as Reward and Recognition, policy improvements, restructure support, and more.
    • Assisting the People Operations Excellence Team with onboarding processes, data entry, HR metrics reporting, and SAP queries when needed
    • Collaborating with domestic and international team members, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences.
    • Handling routine inquiries and supporting HR events and announcements.
    • Managing priorities and working on multiple projects or tasks, in order to meet strict deadlines
    • Maintaining internal portals and providing support for ad hoc HR projects.
    • Conducting basic research or seeking out information by using a variety of resources, as required
    • Leads wellbeing and engagement initiatives to promote and contribute to a positive work culture
    Qualifications

    What we're looking for:

    • 2-5 years of relevant generalist experience with a focus on Employee Relations, workplace investigations, compliance, policy and procedure
    • Knowledge of federal and state legislation including FLSA, FMLA, STD, ADA.
    • Experience with performance management and coaching leaders
    • Proficiency in SAP preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to manage priorities effectively.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Strong technical skills, including MS Office.
    • Analytical problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

    What you should know:

    • Location: This role is hybrid, with travel to the Boca Raton office two days per week, and for special events, as needed

    • Starting hourly rate ranging from $ $38.46 (~$57,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience) + up to 10% performance incentive bonus
