We are seeking a dependable, highly skilled A-Tech with 5+ years of hands-on experience ready to join a shop where your expertise is not just respected but consistently rewarded.
We invest in our people here is what you can expect: schedule Monday–Thursday ONLY pay structure $800/week guaranteed base + $40/hr flat rate for all hours flagged over 30 per week earning range $1.200-$1.600+/week based on production retirement benefits monthly production bonuses paid time off from Christmas to New Years training opportunities shop tools mitcheel snap on autel & factory scan tools provided perks weekly team lunches and weekly pay via direct deposit core responsibilities as our A Tech you will be the expert on high level diagnostics and complex repairs your main duties include high level diagnostics accurately troubleshoot and repair complex electrical engine and drivability issues quality repairs perform comprehensive high quality automotive repair maintenance services on various makes models communication clearly document all services performed communicate effectively with Service Advisors qualifications we re looking for an experienced professional ready to hit the ground running required skills experience 5+ years verifiable hands-on automotive repair experience at an A Tech level diagnostic mastery strong proficiency in advanced diagnostic drivability skills ASE certification strongly preferred attitude positive self starter attitude strong commitment being reliable team player must-haves own tools valid driver s license
  • Exceptional Work-Life Balance This is a 4-day shop (Monday–Thursday)
  • Guaranteed Base Pay You ll have security with a$800/week guaranteed base pay equivalent to 20 flat-rate hours at$40/hr.
  • Top Earning Potential Our A-Techs typically earn between $1.200–$1.$600+/week depending on production.
