    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Encourage professionalism
    • Manage administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
    • Manage schedules, and deadlines and allocate responsibilities
    • Seek team involvement, creativity, and respect for others and their ideas
    • Assess staff performance, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
    • Ensure adequate flow of information within the team to facilitate other business operations
    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
    • Identify process bottlenecks and offer solutions for improvement
    • Develops and implement policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency
    • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals
    • Carry out any other relevant duties as required
