- Utilize custom winding equipment to manufacture magnetic coil windings
- Perform hand soldering of coil windings to create various chains of windings
- Perform assembly process based off work instructions, hands on training, and using various hand tools
- Communicate with Team Leader, Supervsior, and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner
- Read and interpret blueprint assembly drawings to wind, assemble, and hand solder the product
- Read and interpret manufacturing work instructions and assembly drawings
- Perform basic PC functions for use with winding equipment
- Willing and able to assist anywhere else in the same department or cross departmentally as needed to meet production goals
- Provide written and oral communication among the production team(s)
- Support Manufacturing Engineering as needed or process development and documentation updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Assembly Drawings
- Ability to read and interpret SOP's or Work Instructions
- Ability to work within Windows based PC environment
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing Processes/Equipment
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' manufacturing assembly and/or machine operator experience
- Must be able and willing to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be organized
- Must be able to multi-task
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude a plus
- Must be able to work afternoon shift
