Prominent law firm with a national practice is expanding and seeking a senior attorney for a partner or of counsel role for their Baltimore, MD office with 7+ years of Medical Malpractice defense experience. Portables are not required.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned cases

Handle cases from inception to conclusion

Take and defend depositions

Make court appearances

Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

7+ years of medical malpractice experience

Licensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland

Trial/Trial prep experience

170k-250k (Base salary range can be adjusted accordingly DOE)+ Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package.
