    We are in search of a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to assist those with physical, mental, or developmental conditions in enhancing their daily living and work abilities. As part of our team, you will provide top-notch, client-centered services that empower individuals to perform daily tasks independently and with confidence. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive approach and the ability to customize the environment to suit each individual.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Address various aspects of the client's performance to facilitate engagement in activities that impact health, overall well-being, and quality of life
    • Choose and modify the appropriate occupational therapy treatment model, method, and approach according to each specific case to guide the intervention process
    • Implement interventions to enhance safety and performance in daily activities and instrumental daily tasks
    • Educate clients on new task approaches and strategies for breaking down activities into manageable steps
    • Evaluate the client's living environment and provide recommendations for modifications in line with their requirements and capabilities
    • Suggest adaptive equipment and offer training on its usage
    • Provide guidance and education to family members and caregivers
    • Monitor, record, and report on the progress of both short-term and long-term treatment objectives
    • Keep track of data and document the procedures undertaken
    • Regularly check in with clients to ensure their well-being

    Required Skills

    • Demonstrated occupational therapy experience
    • Thorough understanding of the principles and methodologies of occupational therapy
    • Hands-on familiarity with computer applications and creative tools
    • Knowledge of ADLs evaluation tools such as the Katz ADL scale and Lawton IADL scale
    • Ability to handle patients with varying personalities
    • Up-to-date knowledge of treatment approaches within the field and a commitment to continuous professional development
    • Exemplary professional conduct
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Valid occupational therapy practice license
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy
