The Director – Tax leads global tax reporting, compliance, and strategic tax planning for a complex, multi-jurisdictional organization.Responsibilities
* Lead global tax reporting, compliance, and planning activities across multiple jurisdictions* Oversee preparation and review of tax returns, transfer pricing documentation, and related filings* Advise on international tax matters related to entity consolidation,internal reorganizations,
and M&A
- Lead or support legal entity rationalization projects in partnership with Finance and Legal
- Manage global tax audits,
including direct interaction with tax authorities - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on tax strategy and risk management
