- Managing a diverse patient panel with a wide range of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office or at testing centers, along with occasional telehealth visits.
- Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
- Collaborating with in-office teammates during daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures.
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states.
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
- At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or currently Board Eligible and scheduled for the next available Board Exam.
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your start date at One Medical.

Compensation and Benefits:
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $328,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Final pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation may be available for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.
Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
