• Leadership: Manage and lead a team of lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests.
• Operations: Oversee daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, water quality, and maintenance. Keep the pool area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Safety: Enforce all safety protocols and regulations to guarantee a secure swimming environment. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the pool staff.
• Member Engagement: Interact with members, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. Organize and oversee pool events and activities.
• Staff Scheduling: Create and manage weekly lifeguard schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours, weekends, events, and holidays.

• Previous experience in pool management or a similar role.
• Lifeguard certification and up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work throughout the week, weekends, and holidays during the summer season.

• This is an excellent summer opportunity for college students or teachers The pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day but the hours do change to back to school hours in August.
