As an Experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing the company's fixed assets and leases. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation calculations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to fixed assets for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset data and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide insights on fixed asset-related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve asset management processes
• Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or public accounting
• Experience with lease/ asset management accounting preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
