Weekend Requirements:
Weekend off-site call (Friday 5pm - Monday 8am)

Weekday Call:
One or two days
On Call: 5pm - 8am next day

Varies Active IA License or IMLC Required Board Certification Required COVID Vaccine Required Must Meet Call Requirements Dates of Coverage: October (approx. 10 days)
