    Were seeking an experienced Real Estate Construction Manager. This important position is responsible for overseeing the development of real estate construction projects from start to finish and work with a variety of stakeholdersincluding developers, architects, contractors, and property ownersto ensure that each project meets its intended goals and objectives.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    • Monitoring progress on specific projects to ensure that deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved.
    • Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
    • Keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward.
    • Ensuring that all details of each project are communicated to all relevant parties.
    • Creating detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines.
    • Reviewing blueprints, sketches, renderings, or other drawings of proposed designs and renovations to determine feasibility and validity.
    • Managing the budget for a project by making sure that costs are controlled and that all funds are spent wisely.
    • Maintaining records related to construction projects including permits, contracts, and zoning regulations.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.
    • Strong Organizational Skills, Analytical Skills, Verbal & Written Skills, Interpersonal Abilities, Assertive and Highly Motivated.
    • Must demonstrate examples of projects and written skills.
    • Aptitude and knowledge of Mechanical Systems
    • Proficiency with Computers using Spreadsheet and Word Processing Programs.
    • Additional skills and/or experience in personnel management blueprint reading (architectural/mechanical), drafting & space planning and project management are preferable.
