    Location : 1401 E State St, Rockford, IL 61104

    Schedule: 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
    40 Guaranteed Hours
    Rotating weekday, weekend & holiday call


    Requirements:
    EP experience required
    Interventional Radiology experience required
    Must be able to scrub & monitor
    ARRT required
    IR skills checklist must be included
    No local candidates within 50 miles

    Cath Lab volume:
    ~40% Radiology cases + Cardiology cases
