Job Description

The Senior Loan Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in processing vehicle loan contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to funding. This involves reviewing and verifying submitted contracts, inspecting loan package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent activity, and preparing completed files for funding. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison between dealers, loan officers, and relationship managers, assisting in resolving funding issues and maintaining confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vehicle loan contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to funding.
Review and verify submitted contracts, inspecting loan package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Prepare completed files for funding, performing financial calculations and verifications as needed.
Serve as a liaison between dealers, loan officers, and relationship managers, assisting in resolving funding issues.
Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the auto finance industry as a Loan Processor or similar position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and proficiency in lease software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Location:

This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs, typically between 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time, with relocation to one of our locations in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
