We offer retailers the expertise needed to add or improve current terminal gaming operations, such as COAM, VLT, and VGT.     Position Summary

    We are looking for an Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. This role will report to the Controller.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare monthly financial statements for companies
    • Prepare monthly reconciliations for companies
    • Assist in Month-End variance analysis
    • Set up new vendor accounts
    • Reconcile all company's bank accounts daily
    • Review/reconcile intercompany transactions
    • Submit monthly Intercompany settlement requests
    • Prepare weekly trend reports
    • Assist with 1099's preparation
    • Update accounting processes as needed to maintain accounting records efficiently
    • Create logical document retention structure to enable self and others to quickly, and accurately, find relevant document
    • Other accounting duties as assigned
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • 5+ years' experience in accounting/finance
    • 3+ years' experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
    • Experience in working with multiple entities
    • Experience with Month End Close, JE's
    • Experience working in a small or mid-sized companies
    • Intermediate Excel Skills (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, etc.)
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    • Windows Office Suite
