    Job Overview

    A key strategist role at a prominent technology organization. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and interact directly with clients to resolve complex problems, driving operational efficiency and cost savings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the technical delivery for multiple independent projects. Translate client objectives into actionable plans with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
    • Manage day-to-day project execution. Track and drive delivery across individual client teams, ensuring progress is proactively unblocked and sequenced.
    • Define critical workflows, tools, and processes for all customer deployments.
    • Act as the primary technical point of contact for sales, assisting in scoping, defining, and qualifying potential new client engagements in a technical context.
    • Bridge capacity planning and product roadmap development by coordinating with GTM and Engineering teams.

    • Meticulously working through complex technical challenges until a solution emerges.
    • Striking a balance between efficiency and quality.
    • Collaborating in teams with both technical and non-technical members.
    • Standardizing disparate processes to be repeatable and scalable as clients grow.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated success in leading Enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles (e.g., sales engineering, solutions engineering, forward deploy engineering).
    • Experience leading large, complex, high-stakes client engagements requiring tight engineering coordination and fast decision making.
    • Ability to identify broader patterns across deployments and turn individual client needs into scalable, reusable solutions.
