    Job Description:
    GDIT is seeking a Project Control Specialist supporting customers at the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters on the St. Elizabeth's Technology Services (SETSII) program in the PMO.

    The Program Analyst will be responsible for:

    • Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
    • Performs a variety of administrative and finance related analytical tasks in support of a contract program such as tracking, monitoring, reporting financial data
    • Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, generates various financial reports including budgets and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program as required.
    • Takes minutes (and documents Action Items) at assigned SETS Program Meetings
    • Acts as backup SETS Program Timesheet Administrator
    • Ability to work independently, manages multiple concurrent tasks, and meets deadlines.
    • Maintains appropriate records and documentation
    • Identifies problems and works to resolve them as well as to prevent future problems
    • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as other government regulations
    • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
    • Participates in establishing and maintaining program spend plans
    • Interacts with customers both internal and external to ensure conformance to customer requirements
    • Intermediate MS excel experience required.
    • Participates in special projects as required.
    • Strong conceptual problem-solving skills and ability to approach complex, ambiguous business problems and formulate pathways towards a
    • Quick ability to change and adapt to new customer requirements

    Qualifications:
    5 + years of related finance or business analysis experience.

    Education:


    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

    Experience working with spreadsheets in Excel.
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Entry-on-Duty (EOD) Suitability determination.
    Secret or above Security Clearance preferred.
