Job Summary
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for data maintenance market research analysis and recommendations to support and maintain the compensation practices across Avanos.Responsibilities
- Daily tasks include management of the compensation department inbox maintenance of compensation data in the SuccessFactors system market research evaluation of jobs grading recommendations.
- Provide data inputs actively participate in salary surveys.
- Support key administrative tasks in the SAP SuccessFactors system ensuring data accuracy system integrity generate analyze reports to support compensation operations ensure compliance with data privacy regulations company policies troubleshoot resolve issues questions timely manner assist audits proxy compensation committee preparations test annual compensation cycle required changes qualifications Bachelor degree years experience HR administrator similar role handle sensitive confidential information excellent analytical skills synthesize propose recommendations strong problem-solving skills solid understanding HR processes data management foundational understanding compensation practices evaluations communication skills intermediate knowledge MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint detail-oriented organizational ability fast-paced environment competing priorities preferred experience SAP SuccessFactors market pricing jobs evaluations HR certification suitable industry environment statements describe nature level work employees classification not intended exhaustive list duties responsibilities skills required position.
