    OVERVIEW:
    We are hiring for a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician at an Adult Outpatient Mental Health clinic. They are seeking LMSWs, LCSW, LMHC and LMFT.

    The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling and supportive services for a diverse population experiencing persistent and chronic mental illness.


    DUTIES:


    Gathers, analyzes and evaluates data collected relating to the patient's bio-psychosocial and family problems, current mental status and individual/family functioning.

    Completes Intake Assessments and diagnostic evaluations and develops treatment plans, acting collaboratively with the patient and the treatment team in order to define appropriate goals, outcomes and time frames for treatment ability DSM-V.Carries a caseload at an acceptable level as defined in the Center's or Program's service commitments or productivity goalsIntervening psychotherapeutically with patients by utilizing individual, group and family therapy modalities in order to improve the individual's level of functioning.


    SPECIFICS:

    Hours :
    M-F 8:30a-5:00pm (full time hours only, no part time options)

    Location :
    Bronx, New York outpatient setting)

    Schedule:
    This position has the option to go hybrid after training


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Active NY LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSWBilingual in Spanish
