Elevate Academy is a co-ed, residential treatment program for adolescents, specializing in trauma, mood disorders, adoption and attachment issues, and similar diagnoses. Students in Elevate Academy have faced adverse experiences that have negatively impacted their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. This role will present the programmatic aspects of Elevate Academy to parents of potential students with a warm demeanor and excellent customer service We will hire someone who has strategic marketing skills, with prompt responsiveness, and positive persuasion to designate Elevate Academy as a top program of choice

The Enrollment Specialist works under the direction of the Corporate Director of Admissions and Outreach and alongside the Admissions Manager to attract, enroll, and onboard appropriate students and families to Elevate Academy.

Schedule:

• Exempt. Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule may include traveling, as needed, along with working some evening and weekend phone coverage.
  

Job Duties:

• Presenting Elevate to the parents of potential students
  
• Organizing and leading live and virtual tours of Elevate Academy
  
• Following up with prospective families to encourage enrollment
  
• Gathering appropriate paperwork, including VOB form, and integrating new student files into Heritage systems
  
• Connecting parents with treatment teams, connecting therapists & teams with information & former therapists
  
• Planning and organizing pre-enrollment meetings and enrollment day arrangements
  
• Follow up with multiple departments to ensure their proper communication through the 90 day onboarding process
  
• Follow up with new parents for the first 90 days after enrollment - parent portal tour, customer service check-in call, troubleshoot initial issues
  
• Overlap with/cover the Elevate Admissions Manager during absences
  
• Take a primary role in creating and carrying out Parent Workshops 4x/year and potential other parent events.

Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 years' cumulative experience in residential treatment or the mental health industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business, or another related field highly preferred.
  
• Must be at least 20 years of age or older to apply.
  
• Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
  
• Fluency in Spanish language a plus
