    Job Description

    The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
    • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
    • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.

    Duties:
    - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery including inspection, cleaning, and lubrication
    - Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues as needed
    - Fabricate parts as necessary
    - Install and maintain low voltage systems
    - Install and maintain high voltage systems
    -Electrical knowledge, including low and high voltage systems
    - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
    - Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues before they become problems
